Important Information about COVID-19
Concierge Veterinary Hospital will begin to open our doors to our clients under Phase 1 restrictions.
Phase 1 restrictions. In order to enter our facility:
  • We are limiting clients to a total of 2 individuals per visit. 
  • Please do not enter until prompted by an employee.  
  • Client’s will be greeted at the door.
  • Any client who would like to enter MUST have their own face mask on and secured and it must be secured during the entire time in our hospital.
  • We will also obtain a thermal temperature from your forehead. All client’s must have a normal temperature of 97-99.6 Anyone above 99.6 will not be permitted access.
  • We will then usher you directly to an exam room if one is available or you may sit in one of our socially distant and strategically placed chairs. We do ask all client’s allowed in to stay in their chairs or exam rooms until we complete your visit. We also ask that unless it is an emergency that we limit our bathroom access as well​
We realize some of these restrictions are stressful or appear unnecessary, but until our state is fully released for normal business procedures, we will abide by the rules set by our Government/CDC/ FVMA and the AVAM. Thank you all for your full cooperation, understanding and most of all, your patience. We are here for you and will continue to see our patient’s by appointment, on emergency and for urgent care!
